This project involved the refurbishment of a former restaurant into a Costa Coffee Drive Thru.
We reinstated the drive-thru lane and car park, installed a new drive-thru window, and stripped the unit back to shell condition for the incoming tenant.
The works were carried out in a live retail park environment which required close liaison with Centre Management. Our site was in a sensitive location relative to the main car park spine road. To mitigate risk we employed a banksman to marshal all site vehicles and arranged deliveries around busy periods.
