Alterations and refurbishment to an existing suite on 4th Floor at 102 West Port, Edinburgh.
Our client wanted to create an open plan flexible space that supported both desk-based staff and hot desking while encouraging collaboration. Our works included minor alterations and refurbishments which consisted of down takings throughout floor and erection of new partitions as well as new finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment to suit new proposed layout. Associated alterations and additions to the existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure to suit new layout.
This was carried out during working hours within a live office space. We installed Zip Walls to provide full segregation.
