140 West George is a live five storey office building, terraced between two similar commercial buildings and at the busy junction of West George Street and Renfield Street.
Our project consisted of the strip out, refurbishment and fit out of the lower ground floor reception area, offices and formation of wellness facilities (cycle, shower and changing facilities). This also included full replacement of M&E services and associated new roof plant.
We also refurbished 36 existing sash & case windows which was a late addition to the project along with fire safety works to service risers. During the project our client identified water ingress on the 5th floor which following remediation, we carried out decoration and at the same time replaced five sets of controlled access fire doors. In summary, we have delivered a high-quality office fit out, incorporating various changes and additions throughout the programme resulting in high client satisfaction.
