123 St Vincent Street

One of Glasgow's grand stone façades, 123 St Vincent Street is an iconic landmark building offering Grade A space.

Redpath delivered Landlord works to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors within the eight-storey building. All other floors were occupied during the fit out.

Works can be summarised as follows.

2nd Floor:

  • Internal fabric works including full decoration.
  • Installation of a new lighting control system.
  • Re-distribution of small power sockets within the raised access floor.
  • Strip out telecoms and minor commissioning /services checks.

 

3rd, 4th and 5th Floors:

  • Removal of all non load-bearing partitions, doors and fixtures.
  • Installation of new plasterboard ceilings including fire separation above to create new compartmentation in the floor plate. The remaining metallic modular suspended ceiling was then renewed/replaced.
  • Supply and install a new lighting control system.  
  • Redistribution of small power sockets within the raised access floor. 
  • Strip out telecoms and other minor electrical commissioning/service checks.
  • On completion, supply and install new carpet tiles, clean and redecorate each floor.
