Redpath provided refurbishment works to an existing wing of this three-storey Primary School building.
The works completed by Redpath include:
- Replacement of curtain walling
- Removal and replacement of existing felt roofing, including improvements to the quality of insulation
- Replacement of existing roof lights
- Repairs/upgrading of finishes and redecoration to classrooms.
All works were completed over the summer break and required detailed planning and co-ordination to ensure the refurbished school was ready to receive pupils and staff in time for the commencement of the Autumn term.
