Redpath carried out the refurbishment of the existing PE changing facilities at Our Lady’s High School.
This involved the reconfiguration of three changing rooms comprising the installation of new toilets, showers, benches and coat hooks, M&E, together with wall, floor and ceiling finishes, tiling and decoration.
Our scope of works covered:
- New floor coverings, doors, suspended ceilings and sanitary fittings, showers and cubicles.
- Existing M&E ceiling fittings taken down and safely stored for reinstallation in new suspended ceiling.
- Fire compartmentation works.
- Radiators and pipework repositioned to suit new layout where possible with new radiators.
- Above ground drainage altered to accommodate new sanitary fitting positions.
- Excavating tracks within the existing structural floor slab to install new below ground drainage to accommodate the new shower installations and necessary reinstatement works.
- New door openings formed, and partitions constructed to suit new layout.
- Decoration to corridor walls and ceiling replacement works.
