Built in 1904 and positioned in the heart of Raploch, this former Kildean Hospital building has been transformed into the Kildean Employability and Enterprise Hub.
We delivered the conversion of this category C listed building which comprised building fabric repairs, partial reinstatement of the roof, full internal refurbishment, including new partitions, floor coverings and ceilings, mechanical and electrical works, and minor external works.
This new facility will provide community based training and employability services across the Stirling Council area.
