F.A.R.E is a registered charity which operates in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow providing support to the local community. This project was funded by a number of organisations including Glasgow City Council, The Big Lottery and well known entrepreneur, Duncan Bannatyne.

The aim of the development was to construct a new 2 storey building which would provide a multi-purpose community centre including a café, crèche, training rooms, recording studio and multi-functional spaces.

The construction consists of piled foundations with ground beams, steel frame and an external envelope comprising metal cladding, rainscreen panelling and facing brick. Internally, partitions are constructed of forticrete block, suspended ceilings and floor finishes comprising of carpet, vinyl and sports flooring. The services installations include gas fired LPHW heating, air conditioning, power and lighting, security and CCTV, telephone, data and a lift installation. Externally a play area and car park are provided.
